Blue Flame Award Winner: Rational iCombi Pro Combi Oven

(Washington, DC)  The Energy Solutions Center (ESC) is pleased to announce that its Blue Flame Alliance Consortium, dedicated to bringing new gas solutions to the commercial sector, including the foodservice industry, has selected Rational’s iCombi Pro combi oven to receive the 2022 Blue Flame Product of the Year Award. Rational will be presented with the award at The National Restaurant Show, McCormick Place, Chicago, IL on May 21, 2022. The RATIONAL iCombi® Pro combi oven offers higher productivity, shorter cooking times, and lower energy consumption while still providing outstanding results.  New, market-leading features include time and energy-optimized cooking for high-production kitchens, and the ability to intervene when using an automatic cooking path.  There also is an ultra-fast, approximately 15-minute interim cleaning cycle.
