Blue Flame Award

The Blue Flame Award recognizes the results of those efforts and the foresight of the companies whose aggressive policies bring new foodservice natural gas appliances and products to the marketplace.

This award is presented every two years at the NAFEM Show for a new or improved gas foodservice appliance or technology.
